Additional options are available to customize a unique event that appeals to your classmates. A separate all-inclusive CATERING PACKAGE is also available to add a delicious selection of "Grab & Go" food items and beverages. Simply choose which package best suits your budget and ADD the ENTERTAINMENT and CATERING prices together (if necessary) to arrive at your total ticket price per student.

Yes! Your school will have the advantage of being able to focus more time on polling and and refining the music requests for your class by delegating the vendor research and planning to us! We've done all the hard work, so you have more time to enjoy your senior year! Share your preferred genres or specific songs in advance, to ensure the music reflects your class tastes.

The sooner the better! This is a premium planning service and our top notch vendors get booked up fast. Premium weekend dates are in demand by other schools planning their celebrations as well. We recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance to ensure availability and detailed planning.

A 10% deposit (per package) holds the date and the final balance is due (45) days before the party! This gives you the entire year to promote the event and sell tickets for maximum attendance! Book both your Prom & Grad Night with us and Save Money!

Our entertainment and event planning services are priced fairly to account for the additional expense of renting an off-site venue. Typically, venues that are large enough to accommodate a production of this size start at $10,000.

Although we have relationships with venues that that we can suggest, your school would be directly responsible for negotiating any off-site venue and signing a rental agreement.

In addition, some venues may also require your school to provide certain amount of adult chaperones to have a teen event AND/OR may require that you hire professional security, which we can provide for an additional fee (if necessary).

Yes! We are a professionally licensed and insured planning and event company with a Five-Star Rating of success! We carry standard event liability insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents. Additional coverage options specific to your school can be discussed during the planning phase. All students (with a parent or guardian) who opt to participate in ANY of the Inflatable or Interactive Games will be required to sign a liability waiver.

All deposits are non-refundable. However, cancellations that are made in writing at least thirty (60) days prior to the event will have the option of applying their deposit to a future school event or graduating class. Your planning committee has the entire year to promote the event to the senior class and sell tickets. Let's make it happen!
